Aaron Scollen
Profile
Aaron has been in ministry since 1996 and is an IT techie by trade and a pastor by vocation. Aaron has been involved in a number of pioneering projects including establishing a successful gospel band, a school of languages and later becoming a pastor of Salt of the Earth ministries. Aaron has recently returned from an 18 month mission in Brazil. He, his wife Isabel were involved with teaching, training and planting a new church in the city of Uberlandia. He is director of the "School of Church Planting" UK and has a passion to stir up a new movement of church planting across the UK and Europe.

Alexandre Crosara
Profile
Alexandre Crosara de Bastos: Born in 1969 in the city of Uberlandia, Brazil, Alexandre is a father of 4 and a graduate of the Federal University of Uberlândia in Economic Science. He spent many years as a restaurant and conference centre manager before entering the ministry. He became a Christian in 1989 through a small group and was soon discipled and trained to be a leader in Salt of the Earth Ministries. He specialises in the areas of impact evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, short term mission and church planting. He spent 3 years as a missionary in the UK through the “Go to the Nations” link where he joined the leadership team of a British church. In addition to his role as a Salt of the Earth pastor, Alexandre is also the church planting co-ordinator and has overseen the planting of over 35 churches in recent years. He leads a team of church planters and is the general director of the Brazilian School of Church Planting.

David Godoy
Profile
David Godoy was born in Riuo de Janeiro in 1982 but later lived in the USA for 10 years where he graduated from Montgomery College in Maryland with a degree in Business Administration. David later graduated in Biblical Studies at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in North Carolina. He lived moved to Portugal in 2005 where he worked with Trans World Radio, living in Lisbon.
The Assemblies of God Biblical Institute in Uberlandia invited David join their staff as a tutor and so David relocated to Brazil with his new wife Rebeca. He is a pastor of Salt of the Earth Karaiba in Uberlandia, where he works as Youth Pastor and also as part of the teaching team.
David is also the South American Regional Director for Dynamic Church Planters International (DCPI) and has taught thousands of church planters all over South America and beyond.

Dr. Russell Shedd
Profile
Dr. Shedd PhD from the University de Edinburgh. He founded the Christian publishing house "Edições Vida Nova há" over 40 years ago and has been a significant influence in developing a new generation of theologians in Brazil and South America.
He is a long term missionary, having worked with the Baptist Mission in Southern Brazil since 1962.

Jonathan Nelson
Profile
Jonathan was born in California USA in 1951 and grew up in South
America. After graduating high school in Venezuela, he moved to Chicago
and pursued a career in music. However, a growing interest in church
history led him to study at Wheaton College, where he received an
undergraduate degree in 1981 and later a Master's under the tutelage of
renowned historian Mark Noll. From the mid 1980s Jonathan and his wife
Meta worked as teachers and worship leaders in Hispanic churches in the
USA and Venezuela. They and their three children moved to Manchester,
United Kingdom in 1996, where Jonathan received a PhD in 1999 and was a
research fellow and tutor at Manchester University for eight years.
During that time they became members of Salt Church, Bolton. Since 2005
Jonathan and Meta have lived in Zaragoza, Spain. Jon teaches church
history to online students all over the world, Meta teaches English, and
they and their children work with the local Gospel choir.

Marcos Rocha
Profile
Marcos was born in 1972 in Minas Gerais state, Brazil and married to Roberta, they have 3 children: Larissa, João Marcos e Luis Felipe.
A graduate in dentistry, Marcos is a dental surgeon by profession and a pastor of Sal da Terra (Salt of the Earth) by vocation. He spent 2 years as a missionary in the UK through the "Go to the Nations" link.
Marcos is the principal researcher for the Tribal Generation movement which works with urban tribes and emerging culture. He specialises in church planting, evangelism and leadership development.

Mark Curtis
Profile
Mark is the founder and leader of "Passion for Jesus" (PFJ) and cares for a number of churches and
ministries in the UK and overseas, bringing support encouragement and direction. Mark pioneered City Church Kearsley and later the "School of Supernatural Ministry" based at the church. He is involved with a number of projects in Uganda, and has a heart to raise up and develop leaders.

Olgálvaro Bastos Junior
Profile
Olgálvaro Bastos Jr, born in 1965 in Uberlândia Brazil, married to Fabiana, father of 3: Tiago, Gabriela & Elisa.
Olgálvaro always worked in the area of evangelism and principally using dance, theatre, music and sport to express the Kingdom of God. He worked as a missionary in Edinburgh during 1995 and is the pastor co-ordinator of a Sal da Terra church in Uberlandia. Olgálvaro is co-ordinator of the Tribal Generation (www.tribalgeneration.org)
movement which is being used by God to develop teams and leaders equipped to reach the new generation.

Paulo Júnior
Profile
Pastor and founder of Sal da Terra, he is married to Lana and they have 5 children. He served as a missionary in Edinburgh for a number of years and today lives in the city of Goiania where he has planted 4 churches.
Paulo has a strong ministry in the area of teaching and leadership development, travelling extensively in Brazil and Europe.
He is also an author and has published a variety of books in Brazil and Portugal.
